Costs & Destinations

Shipping within the Continental United States is FREE (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We ship via FedEx and we do not ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. 

Total time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. (3 business days)

  • Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it out; (1 business days)
  • Shipping time = the time from when your order is shipped to when it is delivered to you; (2 business days)

For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Avadar are estimates.

Order Tracking

You can track your order and see shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered for one on www.avadar.com.

If you haven’t registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your tracking number.

Change of Shipping Address

Before Shipping

Free of charge.

After Shipping

$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the items are in transit. (We cannot guarantee the address will be successfully changed due to unforeseeable circumstances. If fails, we will refund the $20.)

Delivered

We don’t accept address changes if the package has already been delivered successfully.

Claim For A Lost Package

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days.

Otherwise, you will need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim.

We don’t accept lost package claims after three days from the delivered date.
