Payments

The payment methods we support are Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa cards.

PayPal Credit gives you the freedom to buy all the bike gear you want today and pay it over 6 months with no interest. Approval is instant for customers who already have a PayPal account.

How to use PayPal Credit:

1. Select PayPal at the checkout.

2. Log into your PayPal account.

3. Click on “Apply Now” on the PayPal Credit banner.

4. Get approval on your order.

5. Confirm the delivery address.

6. Set your repayment schedule.

Why did my payment fail?

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It’s a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn’t get declined. Under such circumstances, here are 3 solutions for you:

If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal（PayPal credit is available）.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you’ll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don’t have to register for PayPal).
Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is included.

How are you going to ship my order?

You can check the estimated shipping time for bikes in the order configurator. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or to one of our brand stores. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.

What size and weight will the package I receive?

The carton package size is 57.5*10.0*32.5 INCH.

The weight of the whole package is 75 lbs.

Will the accessories I purchased to be shipped with the bike?

Due to the different arrival times of the bikes and accessories, we ship them separately.

Can I pay more for expedited delivery?

Every parcel will be sent out batch by batch according to the purchasing date. We do not support expedited delivery with additional money. This is the same for all customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If the charger is out of stock on the website, will I receive a bike without a charger?

Don’t worry, our bikes are mass-produced in advance, and a charger will be included with the bike. So even if the charger is out of stock, you will still receive a fully equipped bike.

Will the bike I receive be assembled?

The bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your Avadar Bike bike within 20 minutes even if you are a novice.

Electric Bikes

Electric bikes are basically just electric-powered motorcycles, right?

No, electric powered motorcycles use a throttle to engage the power. Avadar e-bikes are pedal-assist, so input to the pedals determines the level of assist. Riding an electric bike with pedal-assist is incredibly intuitive, and anyone who can ride a bike will immediately feel comfortable on one.

What’s the best part about an e-bike?

Electric bikes break down barriers to riding. Most importantly, they are incredibly fun. Ride farther, see more, and explore the possibilities that come with a little extra power.

Does my height fit the Avadar C3/Avadar C5?

The recommended rider heights is 5’3″ – 6’4″.

How’s the ride?

Avadar e-bikes simply amplify your pedaling effort. They pedal like a regular bike, but the wind is always at your back and hills melt away.

How do pedal-assist motors work?

Electric bikes work by using an electric motor and battery to help you power your bike. On pedal-assist e-bikes, you control the amount of power the drive system provides and the assist only kicks in when you pedal. The motor amplifies the power behind each of your pedal strokes, providing a natural riding feel that makes it seem like your legs are supercharged!

Why are there different assist levels?

Riders don’t always need the same amount of assist. Using less assist increases battery life, while the option to use more is always there for acceleration or climbing hills.

Where can I ride an electric bike?

An electric bike is legally treated the same as a normal bike. You can ride an electric assisted bike anywhere you can ride your regular bike.
