Check if the charger indicator light is on normally, check if the charger output voltage is more than 36 V, and troubleshoot the charger first.

If there is no problem with the charger, the fuse of the battery charging port is probably damaged. You can try to have the fuse replaced at a local repair store.

If you cannot solve the problem even after replacement, please provide a video showing that the battery cannot be charged, contact our customer service and provide your order number and email.

Whether the pedals are installed correctly to the left and right, contact our customer service and provide us with pictures, the order number, and your email.

If you can’t turn off the headlight using the control unit, try reconnecting the light cable. If that still doesn’t help, please contact our customer service and provide us with the order number and your email address.

Turn on your bike, then press and hold the “+” button for a few seconds. To turn it off, hold the “+” button for 3 seconds.

The lights should turn on and off. If it does not, you may need to reverse the position of the positive and negative wires on the light.

Error Codes

Control unit failure or short circuit. The wiring must be checked or the control unit must be replaced.

The motor or controller is out of service. The wiring must be checked and the motor or control unit must be replaced.

Motor failure. Check the wiring, the motor must be replaced.

Low battery, it needs to recharge.

This error may be caused by the wrong position of the magnet, please check the following:

  1. Check if the magnet on the rear wheel is loose.
  2. The distance between the magnet and the sensor should be between 10 and 20 mm, 15 mm is better.
