Return & Refund Policy



At AVADAR, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. This is why we make returns FREE and easy within 14 days.

Just take the bike for a spin. If for any reason you are not convinced that this is the bike for you, we will take it back, just let us know within 14 days. We will be in touch to arrange the logistics and cover the shipping costs.


For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. 

Any order cancellation before shipping will be charged a 5% processing fee and customers can only receive a refund of 95% of the total order value. All cancellation requests must be made by email to AVADAR customer service.

Orders cannot be canceled over the phone. You will receive an email notification once the order has been successfully canceled.


AVADAR electric bikes are free to return within 14 days of delivery(We bear the cost of return shipping). To return an electric bike that is not defective or damaged, please contact customer service. Returns are not allowed after 14 days. 

The mileage on the LCD screen of the electric bike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use. All items received by the customer must be in the original packaging and the same condition as they were sent by AVADAR.

The buyer must obtain written approval from AWADAR before sending a return. If the buyer sends a return without AVADAR’s consent, no refund will be made and the customer will be required to pay for shipping.

Do not send an approved return yourself until you receive a shipping label provided by AVADAR. Please send us the tracking number after sending any items. Once we receive the item, we will either replace the item or refund your money. It will be issued in 2 days. 

For an electric bike that has been used for more than 14 days or more than 10 miles, we no longer accept returns, only repairs and replacements are allowed.

We are not responsible for the return packaging fee for bikes with missing packaging.


If you haven’t received your refund within 2 days of being approved, please contact the bank that issued your credit card, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. Often the bank needs time to process the refund. If the above doesn’t work and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at
